(1) For the new customers, samples will be made and sent after receipt of
the sample charge.
(2) Relative charges for sample making:
A. All new-developed exclusive mold, all charges and expenses should
be paid by the buyer in advance before mold opening process.
B. For the new samples, buyers should pay for USD35.00/2pieces for
dress shoes or sandals, and USD65.00/2pieces for high boots or
ankle booties as well as relative samples courier expenses.
Such sample expense itself will be refund & buyers can deduct it from the production order payment once order has been placed not less than 500 pairs of each style and each color.
For some urgent styles of marketing, we might not have the same material when you ask for samples, so similar material or similar styles might be made & used as substitutions for you on credit of our judgement.
(3) Please offer your express account for us to send you the samples if you
have, such as UPS, Fedex, DHL or TNT, etc, thus you are able to collect
samples soonest.
(4) Free charge for some small samples flexibly on our credit.
